New to the site and very sorry if this question has been discussed already. I want to put in a wood burning pizza over into a trattoria to be built. Want to know the best way to approach this task to get the very best quality oven available. Are there manufactures in the U.S. who should be considered or are the best ovens made in Italy? Any thoughts on who makes the best ovens appreciated. Also want to know if is not even better to have an oven built from someone from scratch. Are there any great contractors in the U.S. or Italy who could be recommended for this type of job? Thanks for any help that can be offered.
