Eggs in crust?

What would using eggs with flour do to my crust?

I am curious if anyone knows because I don't want to experiment with bad results (since I am making large amounts of dough)

If you do a forum search (Advanced and/or Google), you will get several pages of hits. Some of them won't be applicable, such as those that relate to Big Green Eggs and similar cookers, bug eggs in flour, and examples of eggs used on pizzas, but you will not miss posts that are applicable to your questions. You will also find some dough recipes that call for eggs that might be of interest to you.

If you are interested, I did use eggs in a bagel pizza dough before.  If you read though the thread at http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,12463.0.html you can see there are different references to eggs in a pizza dough.
