Any one have any experience and feed back with this blend or their "00"  ???from Cenrtal Milling?

Thanks,  Central milling has a run through my town once a week.  I'm going to fill a pallet with various types.  I'll give it a shot.

Great read. I have been looking at this flour because it is a local company, fits my farm to table mentality. Good to see how it's working for others.
