Has anyone tried either of these deep dish attempts?
They are not exactly in line with chicago classic deep dish, zelo being the restaurant that strays the furthest, but they are a good interpretation. Hollywood Pies is closer to traditional chicago style, but in my opinion is better than some of the classics.
My question is for anyone who has tried either of these places. I have been trying to figure out a way to replicate the dough from these establishments but cannot quite figure out what they are doing here.
Any help?
