That's pretty small for a coal oven. Was it designed for something else? If so, you might have a lot of difficulty with coal. Proper airflow is critical. Ovens not designed for coal probably won't work well, if at all.
My guess for the consumption, if it works properly, would be 5-10# every 1-2 hours depending on how hot you want to keep it.
