Hi folks. My name's Mike... I'm a tugboat deckhand half the time, and an expat living in Thailand the other half the time. Unforunately, neither of these environs offer a great pie.
Which led me here. I'm actually involved in building a slow cooking BBQ smoker oven. I'm also looking into building a commercial style bread oven. I'm pretty much set as far as the smoker, but maybe I could get help on the bread oven here.
And the pizza... and pizza oven. I'm a real newbie to the DIY pizza scene, but I've worked in a few restaraunts so I have some idea what it will take.
