Pizza Inn Renaissance?

Occasionally, I have a craving for a Pizza Inn Monster pizza on a thin, cracker crust.  Since Pizza Inn reorganization, I think the quality has risen remarkably.  The crust tasted just like DKM’s recipe and even had the little pockets.  The topping, which the Monster uses all of them, have definitely improved.
Has anybody else noticed the turn around?

Honestly, despite the fact that they are based here in DFW, there are almost none left in the area.  The one I use to work at left "Pizza Inn" almost 3 years ago.

Pizza Inn is one of my favorites! I love their thin crust and the sauce they use is the best in my opinion. If anyone has the recipe for it I want it. There are not many around the Houston area anymore but I go out of my way at least twice a month to get one. Been trying to use the recipe found here to duplicate their crust but the first time it just wasn't right. I didn't grease the pan and I think that made the bottom too dense. Going to try again though. Really would like to find out what sauce they use.
