I am new here. I have been reading for a few weeks and am inspired by your drive for perfection.
Here are some picts of my recent efforts. The first picture used a uncooked sauce using 6 in 1 and fresh basil and oregano, sausage, mushrooms and homemade lonzino (it is like a prosciutto). The second one is my Caesar Chicken Alfredo pizza. The dough comes from a mix that I got at a big grain supplier. It is called Joseph's Best. It came in a 25 lb bag. I unfortunately do not have the ingredient list for the dough as I transfered it from a bag to a bucket and tossed the bag.
Oh yeah, the beer was homemade too!
