I was in Phoenix this weekend, so I had to go to Bianco.  I waited outside for about 45 minutes before they opened in 112 degree heat, and must say it worth it and was far and away the best pizza I've ever had.  Haven't been to Italy yet though!  And haven't had the time to make it up to San Fran either to A16, so curious to see how they compare. 

I also visited the "Patsy Grimaldi's Coal Oven Pizza" in Scottsdale, AZ.  They mention a lot of the history Patsy's and Grimaldi's in NYC on the menus... but not sure if this is an "official spin off" or not (I hope not).  Either way I was very disappointed with it.  Very bland indeed - and this was before I went to Bianco so I wasn't comparing it to that...
