Polder CSC-311-95 Digital Scale

Has anyone used the Polder CSC-311-95 Digital Scale (11lb capacity & Display shows 1g / 0.1oz  increments) being sold at Costco?  How is the build quality and accuracy of Polder digital scales compared to some of the other popular choices?  The price is under $20.

Hockman,  pretty much all consumer level digital kitchen scales are made in China and have comparable quality components. One nice feature to have is a display that pulls out or tilted display that's legible with large bowls.  Other than that, less than $20 is very reasonable for a scale.
