Hey all,
Tossing around the idea of opening a Pizza Parlour in a small town, that has no gas, so I am limited to electric ovens.
I own the building in which the biz will operate. There are no other pizza joints in town, but there has been in the past.
Any insight would be appreciated, including where to buy equipment (reasonable) in Ontario? And what equipment I would need to start?
