Stores to buy antimo caputo 00 flour

Shipping this flour from the internet costs more than the product itself... doesn't that sound ridiculous?

Are there any large chain stores that carry this or somewhere that ships this flour for a good price?

I found a restaurant locally that will order it for me in 25kg bags at cost. In Houston, it is still expensive this way, but better than buying in in 1kg bags and having it shipped.

Do you have a high temp oven. If not, you may have better alternatives that cost less.
