Hey Guys & Gals,
My name is Craig, and this is my first time posting. I currently just moved to Connecticut and am working on mastering techniques to make awesome sourdough bread and pizza dough. I have been reading so much on the subject lately, but have yet to make a great pie. I'm hoping that you guys will be able to help me out. I look forward to joining the community.
