Couple Pizza Oven/ type of Pizza to cook questions.

Hello Everyone,
             I was wondering what is the best type of pizza to cook in a Conveyor oven for a Pick up to go Pizza restaurant? I want to try and make a fairly high end Pizza. Do people have some favorite Pizzeria's that use only a Conveyor over? Hope this was the right forum to post this.

Do you already have a conveyor oven in your space....or have you already purchased one?

                    It is the oven that comes with the store. It's a double stack blodgett conveyor oven. I understand that it's the type oven that takes  the least Talent to operate. Which is a bummer. Would I just be making fancy domino's pizza's or are some people making nice pie's with conveyor ovens?
                    Do conveyor ovens require the same hood's as a deck oven?

None of my favorite pizzas have come out of a conveyor type oven. The pizzas I like that do Cost ~$5, or are part of all you can eat buffet for ~$8.
