hi, my name is matt, but my friends call me pignolius.
i'm making pizza at home regularly, working towards perfect combinations.
my pizzas are plant-based (no meat or dairy), which means the dough, sauce and toppings need to be spot on. i'm finding more and more traditional italian pizzas that exclude dairy, and want to learn more of these recipes. my goal is to make healthful pizza that doesn't leave you missing anything.

Welcome to the forum Matt. I live in Mexico and don't have soy or tofu based cheese alternatives but I have made some of my own with fair success. As far as I can recall I'm the only one who has posted much on vegan pizzas although there have been many posts about cheese less pizzas. I bake them for friends.
