cleaning spiral mixer

Hi everyone!
 Anyone have any tips on cleaning a large fork mixer with attached bowl?

I have a 100 qt spiral....to clean, I dry scrape with pastery divider, dry scrub with steel, then scrub with warm soapy water, wipe clean, wipe with clean wet rag, sanitize.
