Hello Everyone,
My name is Tricia and I live in the Dallas metroplex.  We recently purchased a wood burning oven that shipped from Italy and we are having a great time experimenting with dough recipes and various toppings.  I recently attended culinary school to study pastry arts and bread making has always been a favorite hobby.  The oven kicks that interest up to another level.  I am fascinated to learn from everyone on the forum.
