I'm an old retired chemistry teacher but most importantly a grandfather of eight that loves every type of pizza with the lone exception of dessert pizzas!  My wife and I have maintained a sour dough starter for years and have made breads and rolls and recently tried our hand at pizza but still needs much refinement! We live in a small town in eastern Kentucky which means NO ARTISAN pizza outside our home!
