New to the forum

I found this forum when I searched "how does Pequod's make the caramelized crust."  I was thrilled with the posts I read and made the easy decision to join.  I'm going to attempt my first Pequod's-like pizza this week but only after studying all the posts!!

You'll do great!  There's some really good info on the Chicago board about Burt's and Pequod's.  You'd be well served to pay close attention to BTB and Pete-zza's posts no matter the thread.  I know there's plenty others here that know there stuff, and no disrespect to any of them, but those are the two I've learned the most from.
