I ordered kichenaide 7qt mixer and received it a few weeks ago.
I am very pleased with it so far. It is not noisy and kneads the dough perfectly. I have done 1300g of flour plus 800ml water run for 20 minutes on speed 2 and it seemed that nothing in there. I also tried to do cakes and creams and this mixer did good. I like it much more than bosch universal mixer. I can not comment on relability on this unit yet but it seams to me that it can handle 2000g flour easy and it comes with 2 year manufacturer warrenty. It cost me $650 through William Somona.
