Hello,
I have been viting this site for quite a while and find it just full of great info and informative posts. I have been in love with deep dish pizza since i grew up in Ohio, and i recently moved to the mecca of deep dish pizza, Chicago about 2 years ago. I love to experiment with my dough and now sauces. Eventualy I would like to try my own cheese, but we will see. Thanksfor letting me partake in this great forum for pizza lovers.
