Our Member Pizza Police, has been to the course and I think a few others on the forum There is also a Mobile wood fired interest group on Facebook where many have been thru that course. topic just came up!
Depends what you are looking to get out of it? Learning to make pizza ? or business start up? they have some good info and a $200 book! but most can be found by just digging around as I did. They have some online seminars that you can listen too as well for free! I have the links if you like I can send. I feel its pricey but if you have that Kinda money would be a good start. I enjoy the challenge of figuring it out in real time/real life. I spoke to Joe P prior to starting "Flirting with Fire" and participated even in a call, he was very nice and very helpful, but I did not get my oven there so our relationship I think has has ended.
