Yes, we made it there and ate lots of good chocolate. I brought a nice selection back with me for a port pairing when you guys come visit the garage.

Actually, with the previous "pizza touring" I have done, my dream trip is now no longer going to Napoli. It's still high, as is a more in-depth San Fransisco tour, but my #1 dream tour is a multi-day trip to many of your houses. John DellaVeccia, Larry, JConk, you Craig, Bill and Chau in New Mexico and then out west for Omid's pies is likely about as great a pizza eating trip one could embark on in the world today. I may well make that happen....and show up to your houses unannounced!

I work in IT, mostly when people are out of the office, so it lends itself towards a bit of nocturnalism. I sleep, but it's usually during the day

Competitive Intelligence research is more like it.  The most important things in any business is defining what is "perfection" and making that your goal in every product you turn out, but you also must have a passion for it .   

Just looking at the photos of Craig's pizzas it is evident he has done plenty of excellent  research in own garage.

Would not be surprised if we later hear that he delivered 3 or 4 pizzas, a detailed business plan and completed loan application to the bank at 11:30 - then get approved for a business loan before the close of the day.
