A food mill for pizza sauce

I found videos of Roberto from Keste using a food mill to make the sauce for neapolitan pizza

Which one would be a good choice for smaller applications?

A good mill for tomato sauce for home application is the one made by OXO.

I use the OXO also. I like the large disk.

At Keste Thursday night, I noticed that Roberto does not remove the basil from the tomatoes before running them through the food mill.

I could not believe my eyes but I saw the Moulin in rest. Depot that Roberto uses or copy of the one Roberto uses was $48 bucks 5qt tin yes another toy! best price for this item is eBay $87 and stainless is like $130 but I am just a part timer. this is the largest of 3 mesh tat come with Larry look the right shape?
I looked for a farm today but could not find anything in my budget !
Think I am in good shape to start the season now it will probably snow all march!

Having seen that same video of the Neopolitan Masters!, I was lucky enough to be given an old tinned moulin-legumes by my step mother.

It's GREAT for processing tomatoes into pizza sauce. Gives a really nice texture to the sauce - not too smooth, not too chunky. Highly recommended little addition to the armamentarium.
