Well I thought it was only an improvement but not it is true Italians pizzaiolos find it quite interesting and the fashion is catching on in Italy too. About seven years ago and with the coming of the severe financial recession, turned drepression in 2001-2002 this type of pizzas flourished. Now it is offered inrestaurants all over the country and the Italians are planning to take it it home.
The results are surprisingly good and tasty as the piza is cooked to perfection on charcoal rods or parrillas. I have no recipe nor good description though gas or electrics bbq are excluded just coal or woodfire grills are perfect
Well after all Argentines pride themselves as one of the best BBQ countries in the world a tradition carried for more than 400 years since cattle was let loose in the grasslands of The Pampas.
