My dough...

Looking for ways to make a pizza that is firm and crispy but still chewy in the center.  Without it burning on the bottom.

Can you provide everyone more information? Are you cooking the pizza in a pizza pan, directly on the oven rack, what degrees, etc...?

Also, You might want to read the thread in this section called "Please help". There is a lot of information about dough that is being discussed.

Ok so we cook the pizza at 500 dergees and we are using terra cotta tiles right on the oven rack. 
Thank you for providing that thread to us, I will be sure to look at that before I go any further!
