Hello, everyone! As my screen name might give away, I'm a Cubs fan, and I'm a fan of all kinds of pizza. I've been an occasional lurker here for more than a year, but I'm stepping out of the shadows now to start making some progress toward my goal of becoming proficient
at making pizza. Eventually I hope to be able to make good deep-dish pizza and thin-crust pizza. So far, I haven't even gotten good at step one - making the dough - so I have a lot of reading and practicing to go. At least I get to eat my experiments; that's not so bad.
