I am not familar with that exact pan, but if you are unsure, it certainly can't hurt to season it (again)
Wipe it down with pam, lard, Crisco -- what ever you've got, put it in the oven at 400 (with a cookie sheet underneath in case it drips) once at 400 shut the oven off and let it cool on its own. Now its ready for shure. Good luck on the deep dish, alot of mouthwatering recipes here!
