Yikes! first pizza!

Well for my first pizza I tried to make Malnita Deep Dish with Semolina at 20 percent. I made dough before my pan showed up. I thought the pan would be a 2 inch deep but it was 1.5 inches. Maybe, I should have not used all the dough. Nevertheless, here it is.
386.08g  KA AP
96.52g   KA Semolina   
226.82g Water
2.9g       IDY
2.41g     kosher salt
24.13g   Olive oil
86.87g   Corn oil
4.83g     Butter

The sauce did not look cooked to me but the crust was getting over cooked at 25min at 450 degrees. However, it does not taste bad.

Damn, that crust is huge. I have yet to make mine, but did you use too much dough? What size pan is that?

Btw, I have the same oven and microwave, lol.

Yes, I used way to much dough. It's a 14" 1 1/2 deep pan. It just kept growing in the oven. LOL.
