Well for my first pizza I tried to make Malnita Deep Dish with Semolina at 20 percent. I made dough before my pan showed up. I thought the pan would be a 2 inch deep but it was 1.5 inches. Maybe, I should have not used all the dough. Nevertheless, here it is.

The sauce did not look cooked to me but the crust was getting over cooked at 25min at 450 degrees. However, it does not taste bad.
