A bit late, but nonetheless: Great article to summarize the development and achievements of Craig !
A truly inspiring article.

@Craig: how is the middle of your pie ? Do you like it soft or does it still have a crisp veneer ?

Congratulation on this article Craig. I just feel as fortunate to have seen your writings and pictures on PM for the past year or so and thanks for your time answering my questions. Your comments definitely help me become better at doing pizza in the WFO, something that my whole family is enjoying. This just shows that there are a lot of Obsessive Pizza Making Maniacs (new acronym OPMM :-D) around the world.
