The shot with all of the margheritas is simply breathtaking. The consistency and level of execution in the pies is beyond what most NP pizzerias produce. I am still in awe of your accomplishments Craig. Congrats to you and Kelly for such an engaging article. And just wait - the business offers may be rolling in at a rapid pace!

Thanks Kelly and Craig.  One thing that I thing is so important/ impressive about Craig is his willingness to share.  He has always answered questions forthright, without "leaving" stuff out, or the likes of false pride.

Not that any one else doesn't share, it is just another notch in his belt that he chooses to have.  Not that the Acunto notch wasn't enough. :-D
