Large Batch sauce and crust recipes?

If it is a weekend,or friends show up unannounced,it is
nice to have a frozen pizza ::) or two you can deck with a few extra toppings in the freezer.
I am always trying new pizza crust and sauce recipes,but some nights you just don't feel like putting the apron  I hope someone out there has a recipe for canned or frozen pizza sauce &/or crust that will not turn out the texture of hockey pucks once it is fully cooked!
Pizzafairy dreamin'of the ultimate crust & sauce....
