Hi everyone - I am the owner of an upscale wood fired pizzeria in Port St. Joe, FL. (Northern Gulf of Mexico). We are in the process of building our second restaurant in Tallahassee, FL to open in summer 2012. A chef by trade, I took a 23 year break from the restaurant business (we had a full service restaurant in Michigan for 10 years) but was crazy enough to do it again. Our restaurant in Port St. Joe was named as one of the nations "100 Can't Miss Pizzerias" in Jane and Michael Stern's Popular Plates Magazine. Although I love most foods, pizza has always been my passion and I try to learn something new every day and constantly look for ways to improve my pies..
