Hi folks,
Well I went at it again last night and I was pretty happy with the results. Unfortunately the camera on my new phone, which is much better than my old phone's, wasn't set for max photo quality so I apologize for the graininess of the pics. I was too lazy to get the Nikon out, but now I regret not doing so now..
I made 2 pies, the first I had a 'technical hiccup' with, I fudged the delivery of the pizza into the oven and it slid off the peel too early sticking to the front of the oven,(I quickly worked out a smarter delivery method). I recovered the pizza, but was pretty upset as it was a really nicely shaped pie up until that point:

The second pie was much better. I crept the oven temp up slightly, as the first pizza took a bit too long to brown at the expense of the topping. I also added a bit more sauce and cheese, as for the first time ever, I actually under did both sauce and cheese on the first one. End result was without a doubt the most authentic taste I have yet achieved.
