hi everyone. andrew from louisiana here. been dabbling in pizza and breadmaking in general for quite some time. making consistently "OK," sometimes great, sometimes bad crust. the problem is, i can't seem to get a good crust that i can transfer without making a sticky mess. soooo, i am researching the pactiv paper trays. i wonder if i could just form the crust on the tray and bake a pizza like you might get at one of the "take and bake" places. i will browse for a little while before i ask any questions that may have already been addressed.
