Widmers cheese

Anyone ever use this brand?  I can order direct from the dairy but shipping is kinda costly.  The cost at a local grocery though is CRAZY high (like close to $30/ pound!!!!)  I'm looking at their brick, aged cheddar, provolone and mozzarellas.

Dave,

You might want to look at this thread starting at Reply 1 http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php?topic=17370.msg237347#msg237347 if you are thinking about trying the Widmer's Brick Cheese.
