I was just at Mozza and they sell their ingredients at the 2go shop next store... This might be a beginners question, but I was a little puzzled by the yeast they sell... It's comes in a jar and looks like chopped pieces of garlic... I've been using the IDY in my pizza's and the look of this stuff was new to me...
Should I b grabbing some of this yeast
