We are having problems with the dough divider and rounder. The dough comes out the divider torn looking and the rounder forms the dough ball in a egg shape, so the end result is a rough rock looking dough ball in an egg shape. I am looking for a result where the dough ball is smooth and round.
We have tried different timings of the mixing of ingredients and different ratio of flour to water. We have also tried different recipes. The end result is always the same.
