Does anyone have any recommendations on which starter to purchase from sourdo.com?
Or perhaps a better place to get a good pizza starter.
I have been playing around with my local yeast and I think for the flavor I'm looking for I might need something different.

Well if you want ischia or camodoli, send me your address and I'll send you some dry starter in the mail.

IMO, for pizza, the Italian (specifically the Ischia). For bread, the San Francisco.

Chau,
You sir are a gentleman and a scholar! Thank you for the gift. Very soon there will be Italian yeast in my NH pizza.

You're welcome Greg. If you need help getting it started, just ask.
Also thank you to Norma and ALL the folks who sent me starters.
