Hey guys! New to the forums here and pretty new to pizza making as well, something I've done a few times but recently decided to make a hobby of mine. I attribute this to me trying pizza made by the locals in afghanistan and never wanting to eat anything like that again. I don't have any fancy equipment, I use a bowl and a wooden spoon, and use volume for my measurements. I love both New York style (who doesn't?) and Americano styles. I haven't found a pizzaria I love here up at Fort Drum, NY so If I order I do so from Papa John's. I prefer independents but Papa John's does make some damn good pizza.
