..... I do like a good Italian sausage but don't know how to make it .....  It had ground pork and fennel and I have no idea what else.  The pork sausage most places use these days literally turns my stomach......


Grab some Italian or Spicy Italian Bratwurst (uncooked)  and just take the casing off of it.  It is usually pretty dang good.
