Hello, my name is Butch from Boston. I have been making pizzas using different stones in the oven and grills for 20 plus years. The last oven I bought was the 2Stone, that I put in my weber gas grill. I had to buy the small 2stone , because the 3 burner weber i have wouldn't fit the larger unit. The stone gets up to approx 700-800 deg F. The pizzas take 2-3 minutes to cook. Easier when warmer outside.
