Greetings from Roanoke, TX
« on: February 07, 2012, 10:47:43 AM »
Hello All,

Just stumbled across this site today and was extremely pleased.
Been a Pizza lover since I could learn to spell pizza.
Spent some time on east coast and really like NY style.
Purchased a Pellet Grill last summer and have done several store-bought frozen pizzas on it.
Now, don't everybody stick you finger down your throat at once.  ;D
Wood fired even improves them.

Always wanted to make pizza from scratch, so I guess I have no excuse not to with the wealth of information here.

Looking forward to hanging out here.

Welcome partner.  I used my pellet grill for a few cooks before I built the 10stone.  It had the same general problems as most grills do ---- they need to be tweeked to give more top heat.  Glad your here.
