Hello All,
Just stumbled across this site today and was extremely pleased.
Been a Pizza lover since I could learn to spell pizza.
Spent some time on east coast and really like NY style.
Purchased a Pellet Grill last summer and have done several store-bought frozen pizzas on it.
Now, don't everybody stick you finger down your throat at once.

Wood fired even improves them.
Always wanted to make pizza from scratch, so I guess I have no excuse not to with the wealth of information here.
Looking forward to hanging out here.
