Is it just me or does all purpose taste better than bread flour? Bread flour has a very distinct flavor that im not very fond of.

Yes...metallic like??? Its the Gluten from the hard red spring wheat. Pizzarea flour has the same taste....All Trumps!
Heckers AP tasts the best to me, just behind by 00 flour from italy IMO.
