You're welcome Wood. I might do the same. I think Cabelas also has them for $299.

Lowes dropped the price to $269 before any special discounts. They are really liquidating these things.

Does anyone know if the model at Lowes is the second version with the propane shelf? Thanks.

The one I got last month at Lowes was the 5psi version with the propane shelf.

Be forewarned that the side shelves and opening on my oven had stickers that are seriously stuck on. Spent a long time getting them off the shelves. Didn't try to remove the one around the opening. Looked like that would have scratched it up. That sticker got well browned quickly.

Thanks, do you know the width of your Blackstone excluding the side shelves and handles? I'm trying trying to determine if I have room to squeeze the Blackstone in between my kamado and my Weber. Thanks.

Hopefully I can explain this so it makes sense. The way the main part of the BlackStone comes out of the box, it's on a frame without the top or legs attached. Part of that frame has a 1 inch diameter pipe wrapped around it. Seems mostly decorative. The shelves attach under this pipe, so if you drop the shelves and the handle, there is still this pipe. Hopefully you can see what I mean in the picture. The out to out width on this pipe around the base looks like 24 inches to me. A little tough to eyeball because it is rounded.

It sounds like you might be interested it keeping the frame. Two of the wheels at the base swivel and two don't. With the swiveling wheels turned in to minimize with width, I measure just over 24 inches. So if you are keeping the base I would want a minimum of 25 inches if you are just going to force it into a tight spot. A few more inches if planning to roll it.

To clarify what I mean about the wheels, I snapped a few more photos. If you force the BlackStone into a spot by pushing it without the wheels rolling and don't want to move it, I think you could do it without the shelves if you had 25 inches (wheels1 pic). If you are going to use the swivel wheels, the wheel turned out and the brake make the width about 27 inches (wheels2 pic) and you will need some more space to to actually roll it.

Edit: I have no idea what happened to the wheels1 pic. If you turn that wheel on the left in, the width is a little over 24 inches
