Much happier with my second effort! The oven was at 540 and the bake time was about 7 min.

Thanks. Yes onion and chicken meatballs with sundried tomato and asiago cheese in them. They were very good.
I ordered my steel plate today to replace my thin stone. Hopefully it will help speed up my cook time.
