Maciano's thin crust pizza

Hi everyone,

Anyone know what kind of cheese blend they are using or how they are making their thin crust dough?  Im specifically looking for how they make their white pizzas.

I'm getting closer folks.  I finally nailed the toppings just right but the crust just isn't there yet.  Maciano's gets a wonderful char on their crust and I've never been able to reproduce that.

Can you post your formula? Upping the sugar/oil will help with browning on the crust. Below is a pic I took from their website - is this the coloring you are after?

The menu says their white pizza is olive oil instead of sauce. We use olive oil in place of our regular pizza sauce, fresh garlic, ricotta cheese and tomatoes.

Right, im just working on the crust now.  Anyone have a good thin crust recipe i can try?  I used loowaters easy to do cracker crust and it was ok but it just wasnt the same.
