Hi everyone! Wheel man here. Until a few years ago, I had been struggling to create a satisfactory pie at home. I have a nice Garland brand stove/oven but realized it would not get past 550 degrees. Since then, I bought a dedicated electric pizza oven and have made some satisfactory creations. Now, just to mix things up, I joined this forum to research outdoor ovens. An outdoor, wood fired oven might just do the trick as far as flavor enhancement and/or a lower electric bill.
